BizClub - background & purpose

The Interlink Group (which now includes BizClub) began its journey a little over fifteen years ago. We began, as is often the case, with a few ideas, a few determined people and a lot of optimism. In other words, our beginnings were probably very similar to most business and may be familiar to you, the reader. Along the road we encountered many difficulties some of which were not of our making (others were).

We had a lender who took a ridiculous amount of time finalising loans which took a huge toll on our cashflow.
We had large institutions who constantly changed the rules and regulations to our disadvantage.
We had consumers who at times made unreasonable claims on us with the “or else” comment.
We had the occassional staff member who felt we owed them a living.
On top of these attacks on our time and focus we had to run our business.

The needs of different types of businesses vary, but we learnt many challenges remain the same.

How do we market and advertise with a small budget ?
How can we improve our profit by changing the way we do things ?
How do we improve our finance and get smarter with it ?
How do we compete against the big guys ?
...and so on

We often asked ourselves why there was not a business that could help us with the “extra” headaches we were having. We then realized that many other businesses were in a similar position and that along with our own products we could be of service. What was required, we had at our fingertips because of our experience. If we couldn’t do it ourselves we usually knew what was needed and where to go. So began the BizClub menu that you see today. This menu will undoubtably grow and evolve. Some products/services or referral partners will come and go to be replaced by others. However the BizClub focus will be to provide you the business owner with a relatively convenient way of solving many of your day to day challenges.

You can start by simply picking up the phone or sending us an email. Where BizClub itself cannot provide the solution it will either use the Interlink Group or refer you on (if you wish) to a referral partner. The referral partner will be encouraged to live up to our members expectations.
